App Store availability

RegretCam is distributed as an iOS app. Features, pricing, availability, and supported style categories may change as the App Store build is updated.

Premium access and subscriptions

RegretCam is a Premium app. Subscription purchase, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple through your App Store account. If you buy Premium, the app may use RevenueCat or similar subscription infrastructure to recognize active access and restore purchases.

Subscription benefits, preview quotas, supported styles, and pricing may change over time. If a purchase appears active in the app but access does not sync correctly, use restore purchase and contact support if the issue continues.

AI previews

Generated previews are decision aids, not guarantees of how a haircut, color, or beard will look in real life. Final styling results depend on your stylist, hair type, lighting, and photo quality.

Do not treat AI previews as professional styling, medical, cosmetic, or identity advice. Use them to prepare a clearer direction, then let a barber, stylist, or colorist adapt the result to your real hair, face, and maintenance needs.

Private polls and sharing

Poll links are unlisted but shareable. Anyone with the link may be able to view the poll and vote, so only share links and result cards with people you trust. You are responsible for the photos, comments, and links you choose to share.

Acceptable use

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not upload someone else's image without permission, use RegretCam for harassment, impersonation, explicit content, illegal content, or attempts to bypass subscription, security, or usage limits.

Service changes and errors

AI generation may fail, take longer than expected, or produce an unusable result. RegretCam may adjust models, quotas, providers, app flows, style categories, or backend systems to improve reliability and cost control.

We aim to keep the product useful and clear, but no online service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every region or device condition.

Support and disputes

If something does not work as expected, contact support with the device, app version, purchase status, and a short description of the issue. Refunds and subscription cancellations are handled through Apple, while product support questions can be sent to RegretCam directly.

Before contacting support, try restoring purchases, checking your connection, updating the app, and confirming that your App Store account is the one used for the original subscription.

These terms are meant to keep expectations clear: Premium unlocks the app workflow, but real-world style outcomes still depend on photo quality, hair condition, and professional execution.
